The HUAJING UDD Series is a stand-up double deep reach truck with scissor-type extending forks that access both first and second-row pallets in double-deep racking. One aisle serves four rows of pallets instead of two — increasing warehouse storage capacity by up to 40% compared to single-deep systems.
With lift heights up to 6,000mm in aisles from 3,056mm, it bridges the gap between standard reach trucks and VNA turret trucks. Powered by a 48V AC drive system with CURTIS controllers, electromagnetic regenerative braking, and electronic steering, the DDU delivers precise fork positioning at depth and height for reliable double-deep operations in high-density distribution centers.
