Stand-Up Turret Truck

The HUAJING UTT Series is a stand-up turret truck designed for very narrow aisle (VNA) warehousing. With 180° fork rotation and aisles as narrow as 1,500mm, it eliminates the need to turn the truck body — picking and placing on both sides of the aisle without repositioning. Lift heights up to 10,000mm make it ideal for high-bay cold storage, automated warehouses, and high-density racking systems where every square meter of floor space is revenue.
Available in Standard and Economy configurations from 1.0 to 1.5 tons, both feature AC drive with CURTIS controllers, electromagnetic braking, and electronic steering. Optional guide rail systems enable semi-automated aisle navigation for consistent, repeatable positioning at height.
Ultra-Narrow 1,500mm Aisle Operation
Works in aisles nearly half the width of a standard reach truck — dramatically increases pallet positions per warehouse footprint.
180° Fork Rotation
Turret head rotates forks left and right without moving the truck body — pick and place on both sides of the aisle in one pass.
10,000mm Lift Height
Reaches high-bay racking up to 10 meters, covering 6–7 tier storage systems in a single truck.
CURTIS AC Control System
US-brand controllers with built-in diagnostics and stepless speed regulation for smooth, precise handling at height.
Auto High-Lift Deceleration
Automatically reduces travel and fork speed when operating at height — protecting loads, racking, and operators.
Guide Rail Compatible
Optional guide rail system keeps the truck centered in the aisle automatically — reducing rack damage and enabling precise positioning at extreme heights.
